Shipping Information
We work very hard to ensure you get your order quickly. 95% of all orders placed are shipped out of our warehouse within the next 24 hours and delivered directly to your door.
We usually use UPS or the US Postal Service as our carrier. This choice is carefully made based upon where in the country your order is to be delivered, the weight of the shipment and how fast the carrier can get it to you. Your order will be shipped either UPS Ground or Priority Mail. Actual delivery times will vary greatly depending upon where your order is destined, but our experience has shown that most orders are received between 2 and 10 business days after leaving our warehouse in Duluth, Georgia. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail message that gives you the details of the shipment including the date of shipment, the carrier used, the tracking number and a link so you can track the order on-line, and the actual Tactent Allergy Product order number (this is the order number you should refer to in any correspondence).
We are not currently offering air delivery for orders placed over our web site because many of our orders are very heavy and/or shipped in large boxes. This makes standardizing air shipments very challenging. However, we have a system set up that allows for a quote to be given as detailed below. Contact us for special requirements.
Shipping rates do not apply to international orders nor to orders that require air shipping. This includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam and U.S. Military Addresses. If you reside in one of these locations, please contact us via email for special shipping arrangements.
